Ningbo Huacheng Valve Co. Ltd. (“Huacheng”) was established in 1989. Huacheng is the largest bronze valve manufacturer in China and the company occupies more than 538,000 square feet, with more than 600 employees. It is rated number 4 out of the Top 50 of Chinese valve manufacturers.

Huacheng specializes in the manufacture of a varied array of brass and bronze valves (e.g., gate valves, ball valves, stop valves, check valves, bibcock valves, safety valves, assembled valves and OEM parts). Its annual production output is 10,000 tons.

Huacheng has a first-rate Quality Control system and a stable, dedicated QC team in place. The company obtained its ISO 9002 Quality Management System certification in 1998, and achieved the most recent Quality Management System ISO 9001 certification in 2003. In addition, Huacheng has earned numerous overseas certifications including CSA, UL, AGA, Watermark, TSE, KS, and others.

Huacheng’s products are well-known in Zhejiang province, and our brand of “JY” was recognized as one of the most prominent register brands in Ningbo city. In 2006, we successfully registered our brand (“JY”) in Madrid. Our products are recommended by the Chinese Bureau of Commercial Affairs as a recognized export brand.

The design and development of high-technology products are presently underway at our professional engineering technical center, which is staffed with about 50 technical staff members. We have more than 500 high-end valve manufacturing equipments and 50 high-speed, high-accuracy and multifunctional special purpose machines imported from Taiwan. And there are more than 50 equipment available for hydraulic and air pressure testing.

We have an outstanding products traceability process and material control program. The copper spectrum analyzer and all advanced measuring equipments can guaranty 100% high quality products.
